L’ expérience de saveurs, qui représente un moment important de coopération entre les villes participant au Festival Sete Sóis, invite des chefs représentant la diversité culturelle du Réseau Sete Sóis. Le programme prévoit la présence à Saidia de 3 prestigieux chefs internationaux qui représentent bien la tradition culinaire de leur pays et qui réalisent une dégustation ouverte et gratuite, avant les concerts du Festival.
